My first reaction to the site is that I have no idea what it's about. I clicked around in it for awhile and found just about everything, a store, a social network and classified ads. It wasn't very cohesive though. It was hard to navigate.

What's the primary reason for the site's existence? Secondary?
Focus on those elements and keep the design cohesive across those main avenues you're trying to push eyeballs down. Get your layout to support your surfers more.
