Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Images failing to load
Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes

This looks like a nice site, although you cant read the text properly in the header. Although is this site breaching copyright?

I have to concur with kslcyprus... nice site. However I went to Shakira and there was one too many steps to get to her video.. just an observation.
