Name of Site/Business: BlueAlly, A Megasoft Company

Site's Main Purpose: Information

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness

Typos and grammar

Images failing to load

Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?

Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Additional Comments/Notes
We would like to generate good leads in software application development, application maintenance and infrastructure service areas from our site. We are not sure what all we need to do to achieve this purpose.

I think your main problem is that your front page does give one single clue what the site - or the company - is offering.

It could be herbal medicines, soft mattresses, self-belief seminars or 1000 other things.

The wheat breakfast biscuit on lower right eventually drops a hint - but is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma.

Amazingly, your own description (above) raelly says nothing about what you *do* - "BlueAlly, A Megasoft Company. Site's Main Purpose: Information"

*every web site* is about information. That's not the question. The question is what *specific* information?

It is often a mistake to give too much power to designers, and - unless you are a world brand - it is *always* a mistake to assume that people *know* what your site is about before they arrive.

On a less philosophical level, your front page is so devoid of content - ie words - that the page is unlikely to do well in SEs, however good your off-page promotion, in a competitive area.

And wheat-based breakfast biscuits ARE a competitive area wink

The old line was location location location.. Now it's information, information, information.. It's pretty yes, and no it did not make me want to click further. But since you are asking for a review I have to admit once I was in, I finally understood what your site was about. As an attention grabber... Nope. Pretty is not where you should focus your efforts. It's information. Nice job though I do like it.
