Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

You need to make sure that all of your page titles have some text in them. Some just list the URL at present.

I like the site.. what was a little confusing is your source. I am a geek when it comes to source codes. You have plenty of keywords, but not enough description. And From what I have learned is that the first words of your content should reflect in your keywords. For example in Paid search page the meta tag description should start with "Use paid search listings to drive qualified traffic to your website" rather than what you have "Michigan based paid search management and online marketing services" You do it again on your about us page "Search Enginge Marketing and Web Analytics firm based in Michigan." Which btw you have a spelling error. Again I am not a pro but what I have learned is the robots are reading these pages, and unless your copy is going to reflect what is on your source then you are not benefiting from your meta tags. Ok off my podium.

the video presentation is excellent, I wish I could get my clients to go for this. Its much more effective than onpage content.
A rhetorical question; How are you balancing the onpage content with the videos for SEO!
