    Hi,

    My client wants to 200 one way link within 3month through article submission and directory submission. Is there any other way to get one way links as soon as possible?

    Please let me know directory which are post link within day OR 2 days and maximum 3 days.

    He had been given me no. of following criteria:
    1. Inbound links from websites / online resources with Page Rank 3 (PR3) and higher.
    2. No link partners which link back to client from dynamic URL (unless have mod re-write)
    3. No link partners using cloaking re-direct to other site or other questionable practices
    4. The link page will allow spider / robot to crawl
    5. Links page reachable within 2 to 3 clicks from the home page
    6. Link page must be indexed by Google
    7. No links from hacking, cracking, porn, XXX, hate, racism, casino and illegal sites
    8. No links from web rings, free for all (FFA), guest books, links farms, link programs, free-hosting personal websites
    9. No links on popup, pop-under style windows
    10. No links on Blogs or RSS/XML feeds
    11. Reasonable no of links form the same C class IP
    12. Reasonable no of links from the same group of site
    13. Each link from unique domain name
    14. Max 50 links on a page.
    15. English language sites only.

    Please help me to achieve target.

    Yes.

    Create content on the site that people will want to link to--help that process through social bookmarking.

    You can create some "news" or send out a press release (or a few press releases) and get the site media attention.

    Both of these ways are more likely to have a better effect on search engine rankings than through "article submission" and "directory submission".

    Wikipedia has a great "definition" of social bookmarking.

    Social bookmarking usually includes tagging, and sites like netscape.com, digg, delicious, furl, reddit, igooi, are examples of social bookmarking sites.
