I am looking for the best place to submit my article. Is there a software or a site that you recommand ? What would be the best strategy ? Thanks.

What the goal you're hoping for by submitting it?

I spend my two year in SEO and according to me there are not any software who will do Article submission for your site there are many companies and people who do this work. That's not true, there are many submission softwares out there.
ArticleAnnouncer is what I use. It comes preloaded with a bunch of ezine directories to submit to. About 30 are good, and you can upload your own.
Ezinearticles, about.com, goarticles, articlealley, searchwrap, isnare, are good ones.
