I have recently made a website called Cashzor.com, which links to cash101.blogspot.com. Cashzor is a PR4 and cash101.blogspot.com is PR2. There are over 85 articles, including those which are articles promoting Clickbank items that are linked to my Clickbank account. I bring in a good $20 a month from advertisements. On average, there are over 9 subscribers daily. As well, there are over 50 unique visitors daily as shown in the image below (showing the last two weeks from Google AdWords Analytics.

It has a great potential to expand and get even more subscribers/readers. The old posts from 2006 were just random posts when I started the website and I have now just restarted this website in 2008. This year has been very successful and I know this website will only grow. I am going back to college and will not have time to post blog articles, so that is why I am currently selling this website.
In this package I am selling:
(1) the domain, cashzor.com (supported by globat)
(2) the blogger.com login and the cash101.blogspot.com domain
(3) all of the articles on the blog
(4) a Clickbank account which can make money off some of the promotion blog articles that have a link to that account's username
(5) the adsense account with whatever money is in it at the time of the sales ($6.06 currently in it from last withdrawal)
(6) all other login information to any sites involved with cashzor.com [ex. technorati, feedburner].
